This includes:

You are purchasing a licence to use the material for the permitted purpose only.
16. Licence for templates, tools and digital products
When you purchase or download a Hustle & Grow template, toolkit, training resource or digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Unless we agree in writing, you must not:

No sneaky “I just changed the font” energy. The work is still the work.
17. Consulting services
Hustle & Grow provides consulting, change management, capability uplift, business improvement, workshop facilitation, training design and related advisory services.
The exact scope of work will be confirmed in writing through a proposal, quote, invoice, email or agreed service description.
Services may include:
-
Change audits
-
Change maturity assessments
-
Change planning
-
Stakeholder engagement support
-
Capability uplift
-
Workshop design and facilitation
-
Training packages
-
Communication planning
-
Leadership and business support
-
Template or toolkit development
-
Implementation guidance
Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, fee or approval.
18. Training packages and workshops
Training packages, workshops and facilitated sessions are designed to provide practical guidance, tools and structured learning.
They do not guarantee a specific business, change, team, financial, compliance, behavioural or operational outcome.
The value of training depends on participation, context, leadership support, implementation, decision-making and follow-through.
If your team attends but does nothing with the work afterwards, that is not a training issue. That is an implementation issue.
19. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate, complete and timely information
-
Ensuring you have authority to share any documents or business information
-
Reviewing all work before using it
-
Making final business decisions
-
Ensuring outputs are suitable for your organisation
-
Seeking legal, financial, HR, compliance, accounting or specialist advice where needed
-
Implementing recommendations appropriately
-
Managing internal approvals, stakeholders and governance
-
Backing up your own files and records
Hustle & Grow can provide structure, clarity, tools and guidance.
We cannot make your business implement the work.
20. No guarantee of outcomes
Hustle & Grow aims to provide high-quality, practical and commercially useful work.
However, we do not guarantee:
-
Business growth
-
Increased revenue
-
Change adoption
-
Project success
-
Employee performance improvement
-
Stakeholder agreement
-
Funding approval
-
Compliance approval
-
Procurement success
-
Leadership buy-in
-
Team behaviour change
-
Any specific commercial, operational or personal result
Change takes more than a template. Annoying, but true.
21. Not legal, financial, HR or compliance advice
The information, templates, tools, training and consulting provided by Hustle & Grow are general in nature and based on the information available at the time.
They do not replace legal, financial, tax, HR, workplace relations, procurement, risk, accounting, cyber security or compliance advice.
You are responsible for seeking specialist advice before relying on any material for legal, regulatory, employment, financial or compliance purposes.
22. Payments
Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be set out at checkout, on the invoice, in the proposal or in writing.
For digital products, templates, training packages and downloadable resources, payment is generally required before access is provided.
For consulting, workshops or custom services, deposits, staged payments or upfront payment may be required.
Work may not begin, continue or be released until payment has been received.
Late payment may result in work being paused, delayed or cancelled.
23. Refunds for digital products, templates and training packages
Due to the digital nature of templates, toolkits, downloadable resources and training materials, Hustle & Grow does not offer refunds for change of mind once access has been provided, files have been delivered, downloads have been made, login access has been issued or training materials have been supplied.
This includes where you:
-
Change your mind
-
Bought the wrong product
-
Decide you no longer need it
-
Do not use the product
-
Do not complete the training
-
Find a cheaper alternative
-
Expected a different outcome without reading the product description
-
Do not have the software, skill or internal capacity to use the product
-
Fail to attend a live session or training you booked
-
Wanted custom consulting but purchased a self-guided product
Digital products are not “try it and return it” items. Once the material is released, it has been released.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product or service has a major problem, is not as described, is not fit for purpose where that purpose was made known and accepted, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
24. Refunds for consulting and custom services
For consulting, workshops, custom training, facilitation, audits, strategy work or business support services, fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
This is because time, preparation, intellectual effort, scheduling and service capacity are committed from the point work begins.
If you cancel after work has started, Hustle & Grow may retain payment for work completed, preparation undertaken, resources allocated and time reserved.
If a refund is required by law, the amount will be assessed based on the circumstances, including the work already completed and any applicable consumer guarantees.
25. Cancellations, rescheduling and non-attendance
For workshops, training sessions, meetings, consulting sessions or facilitation bookings, cancellation and rescheduling terms may be set out in the proposal, invoice, booking page or written agreement.
Where no specific terms are stated:
-
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
-
Rescheduling is subject to availability
-
Non-attendance may result in forfeiture of the session or fee
-
Late cancellations may be charged in full
-
Preparation work already completed may be charged
Hustle & Grow may reschedule a session where necessary due to illness, emergency, technology failure, travel disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
26. Product descriptions and suitability
We aim to describe our templates, tools, training packages and services clearly.
You are responsible for reading the product or service description before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, contact us before purchasing.
A template is not the same as a consultant.
A training package is not the same as a full implementation programme.
A toolkit gives you structure. You still need to use it.
27. AI-assisted outputs
Some outputs may be created, drafted, reviewed, structured or supported using AI-assisted tools.
All AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed carefully before use.
You acknowledge that AI-assisted tools may produce errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccurate assumptions, generic wording or inappropriate suggestions.
Hustle & Grow uses human judgement to review and refine work where services include custom support. However, you remain responsible for final review, approval and use of all outputs within your business.
For self-guided templates, toolkits and digital products, you are responsible for adapting the material to your own context.
28. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential.
Confidential information may be used where necessary to deliver the agreed service, manage business operations, meet legal obligations or work with approved third-party providers.
You must also keep Hustle & Grow’s confidential information, tools, templates, pricing, methods, frameworks and unpublished materials confidential.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.
29. Testimonials and feedback
If you provide feedback, reviews or testimonials, you give Hustle & Grow permission to use that feedback for marketing, website, social media, sales or business purposes.
We may edit testimonials for length, clarity or formatting, without changing the meaning.
We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information without permission.
30. Third-party links and tools
This website or our services may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, booking tools, document tools, training systems or resources.
These are provided for convenience or service delivery.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, security, content, outages, errors or practices.
You access third-party platforms at your own risk.
31. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle & Grow is not liable for loss, damage, delay, cost, claim or consequence arising from:
-
Your use or misuse of our website, products, tools, templates or services
-
Your reliance on general information
-

-

-
Unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control
-

-

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
32. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hustle & Grow against claims, losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from:
-
Your breach of these terms
-
Your misuse of our intellectual property

Information you provide without authority
